The WCKA offers participants a fantastic all-round aerobic and anaerobic workout, and also helps to develop speed, flexibility, strength and co-ordination. In short, we'll give structure to your learning and teach you skills to boost mind, body and spirit.

WKA World Championships 2009

Fighters from across Wales joined forces to travel to Spain for the 2009 World Karate & Kickboxing Championships returning with 11 Gold Medals, 14 Silver and 24 Bronze.
The competition saw 1500 entries from 30 countries and the standard was top quality. Team Wales brought home medals in Full Contact, Traditional Karate Kumite, Points Fighting and Continuous Fighting.

WCKA Interclub Grand Prix 2009 Event 2

The second WCKA Interclub Grand Prix took place in Penarth Leisure Centre and what a great day for the competitors. The excitement is building towards the Grand Champions Fight Night in December and some interesting results have altered the Leader Board.

The 3rd event will be in Pontypridd on Saturday 17 October 2009.

WAKO Welsh Championships

The sun was shining bright on Sunday 31st May 2009 but that did nothing to stop competitors travelling across the border to Wales for one of the UK's fastest growing Martial Arts tournaments. As well as the usual support from the South Wales clubs, there were competitors from North & West Wales, Midlands, Surrey, Watford, Bristol, Berkshire, Sheffield and Somerset.

The WCKA SuperFit Squad were there in numbers and battled hard to earn their trophies in Continuous & Points Fighting and Forms.
